These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of the websites, programs, coaching services, membership communities, digital products, donations, and related offerings provided by She Turned Ministries, Inc.™ (“STM,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By engaging with any STM website or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT

These Terms apply to all STM-operated domains, ministries, and platforms including:

·       Any STM pages hosted via Ivorey, Substack, Circle, or other approved platforms

Ministries & Communities

·       Seen & Sustained Sisterhood™

·       Sustained Sisterhood Haven™

·       First Year Covered™

Coaching, Courses, Events, & Resources

·       Grief coaching

·       Faith-based and resilience coaching

·       Membership communities

·       Devotionals, PDFs, downloads

·       Workshops, courses, webinars

·       Speaking engagements

·       Physical items related to ministry (e.g., care packages)

Intellectual Property & Frameworks

·       Divine Edentity™ series

·       Armored in the Garden™

·       Rise & Rebuild Method™

·       The D-liber8 Path™

·       Heels on Water™

·       Beaks Before Wings™

·       Alette Stevens Companies™
(Except materials owned by the Grief Recovery Institute®, which remain under their protection.)

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS

·       Coaching services: 18+

·       Membership communities: 18+

·       General website content: accessible to all ages

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

By using STM sites or services, you agree NOT to:

·       Harass, threaten, demean, or harm others

·       Discriminate or use hateful language

·       Share copyrighted STM materials without permission

·       Share confidential community content

·       Upload harmful or malicious code

·       Use STM materials to create competing programs or trainings

·       Misrepresent your identity

·       Abuse or misuse any community space

·       Use services for illegal or unethical purposes

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All STM content is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

This includes, without limitation:

·       Logos, brand names, ministry names

·       Courses, trainings, worksheets, frameworks

·       Digital downloads, devotionals, PDFs

·       Videos, audio, transcripts

·       Coaching methodologies

·       Visual designs and graphics

·       All written materials across websites, emails, and communities

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, teach, or share STM content without written permission.

Materials belonging to the Grief Recovery Institute® remain exclusively under their protection and may not be copied, reproduced, or taught without their express permission.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to respect and protect:

·       The privacy of fellow members

·       Confidential coaching discussions

·       Shared testimonies and stories

·       Community conversations and posts

·       Login information and access links

·       STM proprietary materials

Breaching confidentiality may result in permanent removal without refund.

7. COACHING DISCLAIMER

STM provides faith-based coaching, not clinical services.
Coaching is NOT:

·       Therapy

·       Psychological counseling

·       Medical care

·       Mental health treatment

·       Legal advice

·       Financial advice

Coaching is a supportive, faith-centered, resilience-building experience and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

8. COACHING REFUND & ATTENDANCE POLICIES

8.1 Coaching Refund Policy

·       Therapy

·       Psychological counseling

·       Medical care

·       Mental health treatment

·       Legal advice

·       Financial advice

Coaching is a supportive, faith-centered, resilience-building experience and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

If you are in crisis, please call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

8.1 Coaching Refund Policy

·       If the client cancels: No refunds.

·       If STM must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances: a refund is issued.

·       If the client shows threatening or dangerous behavior: STM may terminate services without refund.

8.2 Attendance Policies

1-to-1 Coaching

·       Missed sessions must be rescheduled before the next scheduled session or are forfeited.

·       Less than 24-hour rescheduling requires a $50 fee.

Group Coaching

·       Missing more than one session forfeits the remaining cycle.

·       Sessions cannot be rescheduled or substituted.

9. DIGITAL PRODUCTS REFUND POLICY

All digital downloads, devotionals, PDF guides, videos, or other electronic products are non-refundable.

10. MEMBERSHIP POLICIES & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Membership in The UNshaken Haven™ or Sustained Sisterhood Haven™ is subscription-based.

10.1 Payment Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize STM and third-party processors (Ivorey, PayPal, Stripe) to charge your payment method automatically.

10.2 Cancellations

Monthly Memberships

·       Refundable within 7 days of the most recent payment.

·       After 7 days: the current month is non-refundable, but future billing stops.

Paid-in-Full Memberships

·       Refundable within 7 days of purchase.

·       After 7 days: no refund.

10.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

·       Up to 3 automatic rebilling attempts occur

·       Access may be paused or revoked until resolved

·       Repeated failures may result in removal

10.4 Prohibted Use

Members may not:

·       Share login access

·       Record or distribute community content

·       Solicit members for business or personal gain

·       Engage in harmful or inappropriate conduct

Violations result in removal without refund.

11. EVENTS, COURSES & FUTURE OFFERINGS

Unless otherwise specified:

·       Refundable within 48 hours of purchase or 7 days if part of a subscription bundle

·       No refunds once access is granted or the event begins

12. DONATIONS

She Turned Ministries, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Donations made through Givebutter, Buy Me a Coffee, or any STM-approved platform are:

·       Voluntary

·       Non-refundable

·       Tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law

Donation receipts are generated automatically by the platform or may be requested by contacting [email protected].

STM is not responsible for third-party processing delays, errors, or platform outages.

No goods or services are exchanged for donations unless explicitly stated.

13. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & INTEGRATIONS

STM uses third-party platforms including:

·       Ivorey

·       PayPal

·       Stripe

·       Zoom

·       Substack

·       Circle

·       Givebutter

·       Buy Me a Coffee

·       YouTube

·       Pinterest

·       Facebook

·       Instagram

·       LinkedIn

These platforms have their own Terms & Privacy Policies.
STM is not responsible for:

·       Their outages

·       Their security practices

·       Their errors or delays

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

STM is not liable for:

·       Website downtime

·       Third-party platform failures

·       Errors or omissions in content

·       Emotional or personal outcomes

·       Consequences of client decisions

·       Unauthorized access despite reasonable measures

Use of STM services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

15. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

STM provides tools, guidance, and community support, but cannot guarantee:

·       Specific outcomes

·       Emotional healing

·       Spiritual growth

·       Financial or relational improvements

·       Career or personal breakthroughs

Your results depend on your participation, choices, and circumstances.

16. TERMINIATION OF SERVICES

STM reserves the right to:

·       Remove members

·       Cancel subscriptions

·       Restrict accounts

·       Modify or discontinue programs

…at any time for safety, ethical, operational, or legal reasons.

Refunds are not provided when termination is due to member misconduct or policy violations.

17. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of STM websites and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how your information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

Please review it separately.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes must be handled in Florida state or federal courts.

19. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

STM may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective once posted.
Continued use of STM sites or services indicates acceptance of any changes.
